RESULTS:
About the same size group of men
& women players as last year, approximately 25
players, about 3/4 ladies. Nice wooden checkerboards and
pieces furnished by the Randolph Co. Senior Games Tournament.
Cindy Castle did a great job planning and directing the checker tournament.
Roy Boyles won over Morris Auman (Group 75-79), Morris is age 77; JR Smith won over Lou Ramsey (Group 70-74), Ramsey is age 73 & Smith 72.
